We have instituted a “Cart Captain” program which helps nurses manage their medication storage, promotes timely med pass and ensures survey readiness. LifeSpan Pharmacy has the ability to work directly with many of the electronic medical records systems currently on the market to interface and make communication between pharmacy and facility seamless. We offer a tool called FacilityLink, which allows our facilities to access the pharmacy software specific for their facility. Some features include:
