LifeSpan Pharmacy is centrally located in the Indianapolis area and is capable of serving facilities throughout Indiana. LifeSpan Pharmacy has a strong team of local managers who handle all day to day operations and decision making.
Matt Balla, R.Ph.
Vice President Pharmacy
Upon graduating from Purdue University in 1990, Matt has embarked on an extensive career in pharmacy leadership. Matt has held roles ranging from hospital president, senior pharmacy executive with Ascension Health and former pharmacy owner. Additionally, Matt serves on the Indiana Board of Pharmacy, including past president.
Matt leverages his experience, knowledge, and innovation to support the vibrant and growing Lifespan Pharmacy team.
Cindy Barker, R.Ph.
Director of Pharmacy
As a proud graduate of Butler University School of Pharmacy in 1989, Cindy started her career in long term care pharmacy and has held leadership roles in a multitude of pharmacy settings. Her experience in management, as a consultant pharmacist, and long-term care has enabled her to expertly lead her pharmacy to be one the most efficient and successful long term care pharmacies in the country.
Cindy leads by example and fosters a culture of inclusiveness, teamwork, and family values. It is this leadership that makes Lifespan Pharmacy the best choice for both long-term care and our associates.
